• To hydrate the lips, reduce the appearance of lines in the vermillion border, to enhance volume and to correct asymmetries.

  • Injections are placed in a superficial plane within the lip tissues to define and hydrate the lips. We do not offer large lip enhancements or Russian techniques.

  • We use a superficial injection technique, avoid crucial danger areas
    and use the highest safety profile products with the most trained practitioners.

  • Duration

    Most lip treatments last around 5 months.

  • We use the Belotero range of hyaluronic acid fillers and will select the appropriate product for your needs.

  • Lips are very sensitive and it is normal to experience some discomfort during treatments, but this should last no more than a few minutes.

  • It is common to have bruising after lip treatments and lips will swell up to 30% bigger than how they will settle at the time of injection. Vascular occlusion (accidental injection into or around a blood vessel) is a rare (1:250,000) complication which would usually be noticed and dealt with at the time of injection.

  • We would not advise treatment within 2 weeks of a big event for people having treatments for the first time to allow them to fully settle. In reality, most people are fine by 4-5 days.

  • Toxin can be used in addition to enhance the upper and lower lips to reduce the appearance of fine “smokers” lines in this area.

  • We use only hyaluronic acid fillers in the lips from the Belotero range.

  • We offer a full facial assessment and bespoke consultation to see which areas should be treated to give you the best anti-ageing result.

  • We can use multiple different techniques to lift and tighten to rejuvenate the face.

  • Hyaluronic acid fillers do carry risks, we use products with the highest safety profile and a combination of cannula and needle techniques to reduce these risks.

  • Duration

    Fillers last between 6 and 9 months. Often repeat treatments do not require as much product and so are less expensive.

  • We use the Belotero range of fillers to give the best most natural results mostly owing to their unique technology which enables the best tissues integration. This means that the products blend with your normal tissues rather than giving you a puffy unnatural look.

  • Numbing cream is used for all treatments and pain is minimal apart from when addressing the finest lines which can sting a bit for a short period of time.

  • The biggest risk is of accidental injection into/around a blood vessel (vascular occlusion) which is rare (1:250,000)

  • Allow 2 weeks to recover at which point we will see you for a follow up to assess your results.

  • Skin boosters can be used as the final touch or toxin to address upper face lines.

  • If we can see there are significant limitations to what you can achieve with injectables, we can recommend a surgical consultation if you are interested.
